I'm a collaborative innovation consultant. I work with the belief that community and creativity are at the heart of all innovation.
Through my education and training in Innovation Management (M.Sc.) and Community Health (M.Sc.), and over 16 years of experience in the health and social services fields, I move processes forward by providing the questions, frameworks and tools needed to help individuals and organizations come together around common issues.
With McKay & Co, I hope that my curious mind, experiences in community capacity building and knowledge of innovation will help solve the problems experienced by our clients. We will help our clients uncover and develop their aspirations, and empower them to have a greater impact in their community.
